Stop and breathe

Know that He is the God who provides for you- Matthew 6:25-32

Know that He is the God who has already planned out your days and wants only the best for you-

Know that He is the only one who can give you peace- Philippians 4:6-7

Know that He is the only one/thing who can refresh your soul and keep you going- Psalm 23:2-3

Know that He loves you- Romans 8:37-39

No matter what is going on in your life Jesus has already conquered it. All we need to do is take His hand. In those times where you need peace, refreshing, what is listed above or are just weighed down, get away from the cares of this world for 10, 30 mins, hours and soak up the presence of your Savior!
