Jesus is real!

Wow, Christmas is here! This year went by so fast that Christmas was here before I knew it.

I was driving and wondering what kind of blog post God was going to give me when He told me to sing the song in my heart. I started singing and what came out was a song He had given me years ago.
When I wrote this song I wanted it to be a song that tells others how God is in every part of my life and that I wanted to be a reflection of my Father.

After the Holy Spirit told me to use this song I wondered how the message pertained to Christmas, then the Holy Spirit highlighted the word "Real" in the song. I thought about how I believe as a Christian that Jesus really did come into this world as a baby; however, He is not a baby anymore. He is a conquering King!

We see all the cards of the beautiful nativity scene and plays are put on at churches about that beautiful night; however, remember Jesus isn't that babe in a manger anymore.

He is High Priest and intercedes for us at Father God's right hand.
34 Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us. Romans 8:34

He is leader over heaven's armies!
13 He is clothed in a robe dipped in[b] blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God. 14 And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses. Revelation 19:13-14

He is King and will come back in Glory!
30 Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. Matthew 24:30

So, my brothers and sisters in Christ, as we celebrate Christmas don't forget that Jesus is real.
That He really was born of a virgin.
He really lived a sinless life.
He really died bearing the sins of the world.
He really rose from the dead!
He really went back to heaven and is waiting to come back to get us.
And that when we accept Him and repent of our sins the change in us is real and is seen by the world.

Merry Christmas beloveds!
