Sometimes the dreams the Lord gives
me are just plain funny! No matter how funny or weird they may seem there is always a meaning. In this dream the Lord is talking to those of us who are still waiting to step into something God has promised us.
In the dream I was playing a LEGO Batman game. I was controlling Batman and also walking in the game with him. The city had been overtaken by evil and I was trying to get to a safe house to meet up with the other superheroes. Evil villains were all around so it was hard to not be seen, but we made it.
There were not many superheroes left. Captain America came in but he wasn't his strong super version, he was his weak self before he was turned into a super solider. He was so very tired and weak; all of us were! It didn't seem like we would win and the villains kept getting closer and closer to us; however, I encouraged everyone to keep going! We could figure out a way to defeat this evil because the battle wasn't over!
When we become a Christian God the Holy Spirit dwells inside of us and He is like a "super power" living in us! Even though God's Holy Spirit lives within us we still can get tired, weary, and discouraged because we are human.
Maybe you are tired, weary or discouraged in your race. Dear one, I want to remind you to stick to it! The promise, the purpose that God has laid out for you is still coming! Even if you have been waiting years, don't let go. Be encouraged by these words, bask in the greatness of our God and be refreshed in the Holy Spirit.
We are almost there. Yes, there is a bit more pushing forward to be done, but we are not alone. Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4), and we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13)!
Be blessed, beloveds!

Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.
