Just a few of my many pictures :)

Do you ever open your facebook and say, "I'd really like a new profile picture."
Sometimes I keep the same picture for 6 months. Other times I change my profile picture twice a month or more!

Today, I opened my facebook and wanted a new picture again. I had wanted to change it for 2 weeks but wasn't sure what pose to strike!

I clicked on the profile of a photographer I know and was scrolling down her pictures. She had some stunning ones where the screen was full of a waterfall and she was standing in the middle. She also had other such remarkable pictures. I thought, "I want a picture like that!"

It is fun and enjoyable to take pictures, especially of the big moments; however, don't forget that the little moments can be just as big.

I was watching kids at church for an event one time and a lil guy who I used to babysit when he was 6 months old was there. He was about 8 then and asked if he could draw on my phone. I downloaded a painting app and he quickly scribbled on it because he had to go. I saved that as a picture and it was my phone background for at least a year!
That small moment held a lot for me.

I don't know how many meaningful conversations I have had at restaurants with friends, sitting with a friend at a park, laughing with the youth at a Wednesday night service at church or talking with a kid that came up to me and just wanted to talk.

Even if the moment doesn't seems like a big deal, it can be. We never know exactly how the Holy Spirit wants to use us, so let us be ready and "usable" at all times.

Whether you are in the midst of a big moment in life 

Or what others would think small

If God has called you to it 

Give it your all!
