Hey all! Day 4 was on Tuesday and it was a blessed day that was a slower pace and full of team building.
We started off by going to the market and I think everyone cultivated their haggling skills! We were able to understand the Rwandan Francs currency pretty well and get some good prices.
We packed up our luggage and left the first hotel we were staying at, Solace Guest House. They were very nice, were quick to help us with any problems that came up and their coffee at breakfast sure was good!
Lunch was at a place called Heaven and it was very nice!
Our next stop was our second hotel, Rusiga Resort. They have a volleyball court and basketball court and we took full advantage of them!
A few team members went to a cliffside that has breathtaking views of the sun set! Again, we took full advantage of the beauty of God's creation and had some great photo shoots!
Lastly we ended the day going over how the trip has been so far, sharing our highs and lows and hearing proposal stories from some of the married guys in our group. It was a sweet time!
I have been having a blast with my Rwanda Team Family and it has been amazing serving alongside all of them.
God is good!
